strange behaviour!

when i plug my MP3 player into the USB port my pc gives me the dreaded blue screen!
and does the system memory dump thingy!
it happens all the time. if anyone would just so happen to know whats wrong it would be appreciated!

I'm not really sure, but what operating system do you have and do you have the latest USB drivers for your motherboard?
