Strange Lines on Monitor

Notice on the left and bottom sides of the monitor the wavy lines (they're on th right and top too) I can only see them against darker colours, but they are on every side of my screen. Anyone know what it could be?

try adjusting the h-moire or v-moire

Okay it is the moire, but no matter how much I adjust it's still there a bit
It's not too bad, but it bothers me a bit whenever I see it, I guess there's nothing else I can really do though
