Strange polygon artifacts appearing

Hello everybody,

I just purchased hl2 and there are these polygonal artifacts appearing all over the place sometimes (not always). They appear mostly on the hovercraft, weapons and the health stations.

I have a Nvidia GT6800, not overclocked or modified and its the first time any new game gives me any trouble graphicswise. Got any advise for me?

First off, validate : steam://validate/220
And make sure you have downloaded the newest nVidia drivers (78.05).
