Not your normal stuttering bug. I have an ATI card, so yes, I did have the problem with audio/performance jitters, but this is different, and it's started only recently.
What happens is this: ANY source game I open, be it DoD:S, CS:S, HL2, or even HL1:S, runs perfectly smooth. However, if I move the mouse even one friggin' pixel, my performance slows down to 1-2 fps. That is, until I stop moving the mouse. Obviously, this means I can't play any of my source games anymore. Has anyone experienced this? I searched the forum and have not seen a similar problem.
