Stranglehold Demo Released

Holy ****.
A TWO GIG DEMO?!

This better contain like half of the game or something.

Edit : Actually, screw that I'm not even downloading it... it'll take way too long and it probably only contains a few minutes worth of gameplay.

yay for pc demo ..boo for 2 gigs ..wont get to play till tommorrow :(

It's not like it's that much more then some other demos. It'll only take about 3 hours to download on my cheap DSL connection, not including waiting-in-line time.

Wow, a pc demo?

/me downloads lolling at the 28.8kers.

WOOOOOOOOOOOO! John Woo.

360 demo was fun, I couldn't play this with a mouse and keyboard however

I think precision shot would be awesome with a mouse.

That was the best thing in the demo for me, slo-mo of a man being shot in the genitals.

The 360 demo was passably entertaining. Maybe I'll like it more on PC.

*downloads*

lol at fileplanet link

Hopefully the controls are better then in the 360 version.

Played the 360 one and it was great. Almost got me to buy the game but then i found out it was 6 hours long....

WTF no graphics options? Seriously wtf? Beyond the very average gameplay, this is not making me want to buy or even play this game.

It's the same thing as RE4. The update for the game adds all the gfx that should be in the retail version..

If devs. don't give shit about the pc version, pc gamers shouldn't buy the game.
Don't support.

Any good?

I don't want to download 2 gigs only to find its crap.

(10:06:50) (@titan`) you know a games worth playing when the demo crashes/locks up 4 times and has 3 loading screens before you even get in game, if you even make it that far, which I didn't.

... I ain't downloading it.

Wow, the devs totally lied to the PC community then.

They said that the PC was their primary gaming platform and that the consoles were technically getting a PC port.

Cocksuckers.

On quiting the game you also have to sit through the end trailer, I crashed my pc just to get out of it.

I played the PS3 demo and the 360 demo and didn't like either of them at all really. The controls and instant interaction with the environment kept me from enjoying it too much. The "stunts" get old really quickly. Funny, I thought the PS3 version looked better, but it experienced a couple of framerate issues that the 360 demo didn't. Oh well. Not buying anyway. Oh, and I don't think either demo was 2GB!!!

Wasn't this game advertised as really gritty and shit?

It doesn't have the look at all.
