Anyone else think this band totally rocks? Devin Townsend is such an amazing singer (Listen to Force Fed for example).

I have Alien and like it, but I prefer Townsend's solo stuff. Terria is a masterpiece of an album.

The Devin Townsend Band rocks also, but SYL is amazing nevertheless, and I agree with Sea, the production of all their albums is incredible

I saw them at Download last year and they were seriously awesome. The New Black had leaked at the time, and on the first few spins I was enjoying it alot, so when they played quite abit from it I enjoyed it more so. Now, however, I think The New Black pales in comparison to City or SYL. Alien was pretty ****ing good, though I've forgotten it abit now.

Prefer Devin Townsend solo though. Synchestra is just... wow. Easily a favourite album of mine. Perfect from start to finish.
