Stream In's and Out's

Sorry if this has been covered before but I was wondering what the deal is with Steam??? You download the game in parts and then when it is relaesed on the 16th you can play it, but what happens when you have to reinstall?? Do you have to download every thing again or can you backup the files?? Just the idea of not having a disk with the game on it scares me ;(

Do they send you a hard copy??

They don't send you a hard copy, but tou can backup the files, and put them back when you reinstall, or just redownload. The choice is yours. Note that when you redownload, it's efficient in that you only need the absolute minimum content to get the game to start, so it's not nearly as bad as it could be.
