Stuck Again

They sure make this game a good challange for an old guy like me lol.Iam at trying to follow the path going up the hill(mountain)with my nice maneating pets(got 2 love them).I see there is more buildings higher but i have no way of getting there.All i see is 2 big huge pipes that go up there but know way to get in there.Can anyone help me "the beer is on me"

im sure that you are just about to get to Nova Prospekt... Just forget about the pipes and keep on going to the right of the pipes... along the cliff...
