Stuck at the very end of Follow Freeman

Hi.

Well, I got stuck. But it is no ordinary stuck, it seems to be some error or something like that..

I got through most of this stage, got on the street, where you are between those two striders. I sliped under one of them to the underground garage, killed soldiers and worked myself thru the ruins. There I was stuck for the first time - I was in the ruins with no way to go up to from where the soldiers kept coming and the soldiers were respawning themselves in my sight forever...

Finally I managed to stack some crates and get up. There were soldieers standing in the air (when killed they fell down). OK. Whatever. So I continued, got on the rooftop, killed both striders (one blasted piece of wall, so I could get out of here). Got out of here to the square, where after killing a few soldiers I noticed Barney and Dog. Barney was saying "Dog, come here", but the dog was standing right next to him. He gave me some talk and then suggested that dog is about to crush some walls. But Dog doesn't do anything, just stands there.

PLEASE HELP!!!

It's a bug. You are only a few seconds from the end of the map.

There are a couple of possible solutions:

1) Try reloading previous savegames and playing up to that point again. That might work or it might not.

2) Restart the entire level and play all the way through again. That might work or it might not.

3) Use cheatcode to load the next map. Involves typing in a single code. This will work for certain. You will only miss a 10 second bit of animation and dialogue.

I'll give you the cheatcode if you want to try it that way.

I tried option 1 for a lot of times and it did not work. I started the level and when I found how far ago it is, I rejected that option (2) either..

Okay, go to options-->keyboard-->advanced
Make sure Enable Developer Console box is ticked.
Now press the key to the top left of your keyboard, next to 1.
Type in:

map d3_citadel_01

And that's it. You miss about 10 seconds.

BTW, I just realized there is a fourth option. You can type in:

map d3_c17_13

And restart before the bugged bit but quite close to the end of the level. That might be worth a try first if you want.

I just finished the game. The second option worked perfectly, I played once more and voilá! I was there in the citadel...

Now you've finished the game, you can use cheat codes for more fun purposes.

I must get around to giving myself the uber-gravity gun at the start level and teaching Mr. "Pick up the can!" Combine soldier a lesson in respect... :E
