Stuck In Anticitizen Building

I am totally stuck in the building after alex turns up and talks about destoying the core with grav gun..I can not find a way out of the building!!!! I have all the "team" following me around in circles. I can only access two floors and most of the doors are either locked or bricked up.. anyone????

There is an exit door at street level, I do not recall any problem finding the door. Your next fight is in the fountain square in front of the building that you are in. It will be a tough fight. At some point Alyx will tell you to shoot the core of the generator with the GG. That opens a gate and you and Alyx can escape.
