Stuck in Black Mesa East

Hi, I just bought hl2 and am stuck. From the scanningroom everything works, but when I reach the elavator with Doctor Mossman she won't come in the elavator with me. I had this with Alyx before but I was able to go further by killing myself and trying again. Is this a bug, and if it is, is there a patch?

I've only seen this bug with warez'd versions.
