Stuck in Black Mesa

In the rebel headquarters I can't make the elevator work and I can't return outside, is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

It's a glitch. Mossman is supposed to operate the elevator. Try saving and then loading again or loading an earlier save.

Odd. Try validating you steam files. Just right click on HL2 in the steam menu and look through the options, it should be there.

There were a lot of instances of this when the game first came out. You got the game up to date?

Go back to the start of the chapter and it should fix it.

WHEN is the elevator failing??? because if it's after the Combine attack, you're supposed to go to Ra... sorry, Some where else
