Stuck in Citadel (spoilers)

After the part where you get the upgraded manipulator i killed all the combine than ran towards me. Now after i have killed all the combine and scanner i dont know where to go.. I see an energy beam but i cant get there because i cant jump and if i go another way i cant get through an energy field. Where do i go??

The enhanced gravgun can suck energy so you can go through

The not being able to jump thing is a bug. Go back to a previous save (before you get in that coffin thing), and try again
