stuck in hospital in URBAN FLIGHT

im gonna explain as best i can where im stuck....now in the hospital in 1 of the rooms theres a hole on the floor...ok i went down the hole...now the floor collapsed under me and i fell in some water...now theres stairs there...1 of the stairs takes you too a blue door with a keypad on it....that door wont open...now on the other side of the room theres more stairs...theres a button to push...i pushed it and the water becomes electrified and when i try goin back into the water well it electrifies and kills me...now reading this you should know im stuck here...i dont know how to get out...now if you look up you see a hole up there...i looked underwater for a vent or somethin to crawl thru but i cant find nothin...i cant go higher...i tried jumpin but nothin works...any clues how to get out of here?....now theres a blue barrel in here...dont know if thats any clue....im gonna keep explorin but i dont see a way outa here...those weird creatures are there too...im guessin its the stairs with that button...but pushin it just electrified the water...im stumped...any clues?

I flew through that part without dying once, and things went so smoothly. The hospital run-through was seriously my favorite part.
