stuck in RavenHolm

I am stuck in Ravenhall on a ledge after the guy in gives his second speach. I have turned off the power, gone over the fence, up the ladders and jumped across to a ledge and can not figure out what to do next.

I just came through this area (stuck further up now) if I remember correctly you are up on the roof and he gives you the shotgun. If this is it you gotta jump across into an open water tower type thing. If this isn't the right area, give me some more details and I'll see what I can remember.

I figured it out. I turned on my flashlight and looked down and saw wooden planks. Then I end up in the zombie smashing area, which then I use the cars to get up on more planks. I wish I remembered to bring a saw blade for the alley full of zombies, but blowing up the flamable barrels works great too.
