Stuck in Root Canal

I seem to be stuck in this water canal. I fell in because there was a locked door and a force field preventing me from continuing along the train tracks. I tried to duck under the opening in the grate right above the red box car, but had no luck. Is this a bug in the game? Or if not, how the heck do I progress further.

Silly me. I missed a hole on the top of that red box car. Problem solved.
