Stuck in water hazard...

Hey guys... new to the site - looks gr8

I'm stuck in the section just after you take out the chopper with the machine guns in that little tower. I then hit the switch and these huge gates opened. What am i supposed to do next cos every time i go through the gates i get creamed by another chopper. The furthest i get is just after the pipe with the bio hazardous waste...

I'll try and get a screenshot but if this sounds familiar to anyone, please help..

i know exactly where you are, unfortunately you have to drive like hell, avoiding the chopper as best you can, the only bit thats hard is when you do a small jump and land on the rounded top of the pipe, if you don't stay straight then you can end up stuck in the gunge at the side and having to do the jump again - just keep running, you will get some help soon (thats all i can say without spoiling really)
