Stuck. Need help.

I am stuck on "Anticitizen One". Ran into an underground tunnel where there are blown up vehicles. I have soldiers with me. Someone used explosives to open up a collapsed section of tunnel to let me in. Once inside there is a broken in half tanker truck and more cars sitting in a radioactive goo. It is a fairly small section and there are small fires and a sprinkler system above. I can jump to other side but there is no way out(wall and rubble) I have two windows on one side of a wall that expose a hallway but i can't get to. Anyone?

Ah, I remember this. Those two windows on the side of a wall? Go to that wall. Just follow that wall, you'll see a broken vent where you can crawl onto. Get in it and continue your journey to pwn Breen.
