stuck on a level

Hi everyone. Just wondering if someone can help out. I'm stuck at this part in HL2 just after you finish playing with Dog you leave and make your way through this like back street shanty town with zombie dudes everywhere. I'm up to the part with the electric fence with the zobie guy stuck to the fence. No idea how to get past it.

No you need to go back to where all the burning zombies on sticks are and turn of the fire the go through the door.
