Stuck on Route Kanal Out of the Airboat

I just got out of the boat and I have receive some supplies from a guy from the bridge. Then I find a big place full of water with like a bouncer. How do I get out of there !!!!!!

You'll find some blue barrels lying around....grab them, swim with them and position them under the wooden ramp to make it float and raise it, so you can jump it with the airboat.
