STUCK! Please help!

I'm stuck in the water hazard where the helicopter drops a bunch of bombs, I shot it down. Then I got out and had to climb to the top of one of the gates turn the wheel and open the gate. Next I had to jump the boat on to this island with a building with four of the bad guys in there and kill them. Now how do I open the next big gate, go to the little control room there and the controls are sparking and not working. Please help!

You cant open the gate.
On those gate...where sparking is..you pull something (cant remember what-but it should be obvious). you will raise something on left side of gate where you have to jump through with the boat.....you jump over those trees in the lake in front of the gate

There are two control levers - one that it sparking and one that is not. I'll leave it up to you which one to pull.

Yeah, the lever opens a door thing right next to it on the far left side of the dam which you have to do a big jump through in the airboat.
