stuck, possible bug

im stuck on highway 17 just after youve shot down the gunship and spoken to the english colonel,who tells you he will get someone to open the gates for you,well he opens the gates and they stay open for about a fraction of second then close .and he wont open them again this must be a bug?ive tried reloading that level and still have the same result,in fact sometimes the gateman dosent even apppear

meh... do what other people do, build ramp with the surrounding junk on the ground and ramp the buggy over the gate

wrong part,was a bug

no you must be thinking of the wrong part,i restarted level highway 17 and lo and behold the gates stayed open,theres nothing to make a ramp with,this is the section a little before you reach the crane you have to move buggy with.
