Stuck

Hello

I keep getting stuck at the part of east black mesa, where you leave your boat for good(or atleast i think). I walk in the building and get scanned and all, but that woman that supposed to be walking with you, just stops she wont walk in to the elevator;( . So i would like to get some help on the issue

yeah i tried that about 5 times, but still she wont come in the elevator.

You reloaded from the start of the level? Also, is it a legal version?

For the legal version, reloading from the start of the chapter (new game from main menu, and select Black Mesa East) will work. For a pirated version, you're advised to get a legal version.
