Stuck :(

I have just got to black mesa east and am just about to be shown into the elevator and the character stops rite after she says something about the teleporter. The lift wont work and i cannot open any doors.
any know what to do??

someone said typing restart in the console sends you back 5min into the game and should reset all the ai.

i tried that but it didnt work
after she says "if they only knew what we were doing with entaglement" she just stops
is there a console command to automatically activate the next trigger?
