stuck

I am really stuck. I'm at the part in Sandtraps where i am at the lighthouse and kill the gunships and combines. In the light house, there is a guy that is supposed to lead me away, but he says "come follow me" and then just stands there and doesnt move. what can i do?

Actually the same thing happened to me, I just went a save back and did it over, than he moved. Or I kille dmyself and restarted don't remember, but as you are goin down the stairs he stops in the middle and is like follow me, but you're way infront of him or right besie him, but just try goin back a save and see what happens.
