I don't know if i am just seeing it more now, or if there has been a sudden influx of stupidity on the internet (yes i know, its really, really stupid already) but i've seen a lot of people saying shit like "WELL DONT BUY IT IF YOU DONT LIKE IT!!!" or "DONT SEE THE MOVIE IF YOU HATE IT SO MUCH!" or "LETS SEE YOU DO BETTER ASSHOLE!!"


Why do people say these things? It bothers me. (In before: "well just ignore it then if it bothers you so much) Don't you guys realize that discussion and argument is a valid form of communicating ones opinions? So many people on the internet just make threads or discussions expecting a jizzfest full of love and semen over whatever the subject is, be it a movie, a game, a piece of artwork, whatever. Then when someone says anything critical of it everyone RAAAAGEs on that person for not loving it in the butthole like they are. I'm sick of butthurt numbnuts who can't take any critisism or can't stand opposing view points and would rather everyone shut the **** up and get the **** out rather than have a discussion or reasonable argument over the merits of something which is the entire purpose of a forum.

To OP: I agree with you unless the person it's being directed at says that the game/movie/song/artwork should be taken down/destroyed/burn in hell. Then it is an appropriate comeback, because let's face it, you can't get much more narrow-minded than completely denying something.
