If the average internal body temperature for a human is 98.6, why are we most comfortable at temperatures in the mid 70's - 80's ?

Our blood temp.'s dont really feel like we've equated them. Lower temperatures help our functionaltiy, whereas higher temperatures actually decrease it, because higher outside temperatures increase the heat volume of our blood, just by the nature of our bodies adapting to that degree.

Body adaptation allows for heat to increase in cool as well. But thats just a method of keeping your blood warm, so your body does'nt drop temperature. Bodies change temperatures based on outside environments, specifically to keep themselves running normally.
