Stupidest thread you almost made?

I was going to make a thread about 'What colour are your socks' once... There are more but I can't be bothered to remember them.

Then I realised the first page would consist entirely of this joke, repeated.

The Miscellaneous thread has learned to reproduce itself virally. It cannot of course call itself the same thing the same way a virus cannot take hold in a host that's been affected by the virus before, since the host will recognize the epitope (or the admins will recognize the subject). Indeed, the admins have attempted to stop this virus (recognized by its subject name) on a couple of cases here recently. However, like a natural virus, the Miscellaneous bug has simply changed its name, thus buying it enough time to replicate while the immune system learns to identify it.

In light of this, I propose that the Lounge have its name changed to 'The Tonsils', not because it should be removed, but because I think it'd be a hoot.

Also, does this post serve as the function of a helper T cell, or does it only promote the spread of this virus? Is anyone else fascinated by watching an otherwise normal topic (not this one... what does 'what guys are do you like' even mean? All your base?) have its otherwise normal, interesting conversation slowly changed into a fountain of viral particles (otherwise known as a flame war or derailment) until the cell (topic) has been completely taken over?

Well... considering approximately half the planets population is female, I suppose it's mathematically possible that there are women on the internet.

But it's more mathematically feasible that those women are managing their porn sites.
