Every 10-15 seconds or so, I get this stutter in audio and video. Its like if someones talking, they'll go back a split second and repeat what they just said. It happens consitently, not just during high action or graphic scenes. It happens with the graphics settings at max, and it happens when theyre as low as they can go.
The game itself runs fine on almost max settings, no slowdown whatsoever. Just this stuttering constantly.
