Stuttering Fix ?

I finally fixed my HL2 from giving me the blue screen whenever I quit (by enabling wait for vsync).
And before I had the stuttering whenever a sound was made. I thought I had fixed that by disabling my Audigy 2 and using my onboard sound instead. And for a long time it fixed it, but as soon as I got out of RavenHolm, I got the stuttering again =/

Does anyone know a possible fix for this? I put the sound quality down to medium then low, and then didn't help.
And I also tried putting in cl_smooth 0 into the console, and that helped a tiny bit, though I still get lots of stuttering.
Anyone know a possible fix?

FOR CHRIST SAKE!!!!

Now this bluescreen is back!!!!! I am sick on this, I had basically tricked it, and now it's back to crashing.

Does anyone else get the bluescreen ????
