Sub-forum for Halo 2 and San Andreas?

I was just curious, when Doom 3 was released, the Other Games Chat forum was cluttered with Doom 3 talk and then a Doom 3 sub-forum was started. I'm wondering if there will be one for San Andreas and Halo 2 since there the next big titles being released (with San Andreas being released in few days).

I reckon they'd only be needed if the threads turn into an epidemic, like they did with Doom 3. Otherwise, there's little point.

Agreed with Kage, there's really no need for them right now, Doom3 was a special case because of its links with HL/Valve and the whole Doom vs HL thats raged on for years.

Besides, you saw how we removed the Doom 3 forum because of its inactivity. I hardly think subforums for Halo 2 and San Adreas will be any more active than that one.

Without checking, I assume they all just got dumped back into 'Other Games'.

ahh good, would have been a shame to have lost them all completely, were some useful posts in there.

As has been said by Kage and Axyon & Elf there's no real need. Doom 3 got one because of the sheer volume of posts and threads, a lot of them beleive it or not were actually good. So it got its own forum. PLus it was an FPS and one of the historical daddies so it deserved its only place while it was busy. Should other games be similar - I aint talking spam here just to get a forum - but a sustained number of decent posts we'd certainly consider it.
