Ok i complained and got a CD Key for ATI and not i regestered it and it says:
Your subscribtion to ATI Bindle has not been completed, Becasuse Steam Servers are currently unable to process the transaction.
You wont be able to play ATi Dundle until the subscription process is complete. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. The Steam team is working to rectify this situation, and will notify you as soon as the transactuion is complete
DID it say this for anyone else and if so how long did you have to wait till you could play??
