Suburb map from file planet

Has anyone been able to use this map? Mine doesn't seem to have all the textures loaded. Anyone have success? Looks cool if it works...

sod_venomfang did a good job organising a team to recreate his house. The map looks great and is good fun. I thought it would be a final map by now but I guess not. This map might be worse than I say though because I was the first team member involved with this map but I did not contribute very much because I wasnt very good at mapping at the time making me biased in its favour. It is still better than 99% of the other maps out there.
