I was wondering if it would be possible to take the quick reply off the bottom of the page for all the pages except the last. I think this would make it so you wont accidently post without reading all the pages and looking really stupid.

Is it possible/practicall?

It's not really possible as far as I know. Some people also like to post before they've read the end of the thread if they want to reply to a specific quote.

The only thing I can recommend is to use the minimise button on the top right hand corner of the Quick Reply area and keep it minimised until you're on the last page. That might ease the difficulty in places.

What I'd like is a way to see ALL posts or ALL threads in a page, without a 70 post/thread per page limit

Ok, I didn't even see the minimize thing.

And I'd also like to see all the posts on one page like you said.
