Now I'm far far FAR from a sum 41 fan, but their new song "we're all to blame" just freaking rocks. Anybody else heard it/Like it? Anyone picking up the new album "chuck" when it comes out?

I've never bought a sum 41 cd before, but if the rest of the album sounds like this (which i've heard its supposed to, and supposed to be heavier than sum 41 of late) I might just have to get a copy.

I heard like 15 seconds of that song...it was really heavy and fast, quite the opposite to what they've done before.

Just listened to the whole thing...it's suprisingly good. Sum 41 have always been pretty dire before, but it seems like they're actually trying now. And they seem to have gone full out metal this time around, very fast and heavy, though nothing ridiculously extreme, and they still sing in some bits.

hmmm... downloading now. lets see....

 I thought it was cool, looks like they have matured.

American Idiot > We're all to blame

Sum 41...They were so close to get the answer to life, the universe and everything. ;(
;)

I'm not a "fan" (Not really a fan of any band though) but I think some of their songs are nice and catchy.

Sum41 = the death of punk and the birth of Pop Punk ..oh green day helped too

Greenday are good :D
Just because its not your punk doesn't make it bad. You're just too old to be froody like us...

You know what gets me annoyed? All of this "death of punk" rubbish. So what if bands like Sum 41 take their influences from punk and became successful because of it? Get over it and listen to bands you like, rather than preach over how punk is dead because of Green Day.

I heard it, then stapled my pinkies into my ears, so I'd never hear it again.

"WHUT YOU SAY MA?"

 If you want to listen to a real Punk band check out this band called Jedi Mind Tricks, their new album is called Legacy of Blood.

I've seen sum 41 in concert and whilst I dont like them but they're suprisingly good live. Dont hate me for that as my intention was to see reel big fish who were supporting....

And if you want real Funk, try Jamiroquai.

This is the return....
...of the space cowboy!!

Damn, JK is teh funkz0r.
