Only beat it with UEF...I'm actually scared to run it since I got this 22" screen, I mean it'll be stretchy and sh17 on low res but I'm sure I'll get less than 10 fps on max res (1680x1050), I want to upgrade to an 8800gts but its so not worth it yet in the long run. (leaps not jumps!) Anyways can't wait for november, perhaps I'll have beaten at least one more faction by then.

Wow, its quite a fast turnaround for them if they manage to get it out by the november 2007 release date they say.

To deathmaster, your system looks quite similar to mine, with the exception that I have a 7800gt. I'm running it on a 22" at 1680x1050 at full graphics (only 2aa though) and getting a steady 25 fps early to mid game, and it drops to steady teens in late game with huge battles.

There's a dx10 patch isn't there? Wonder about the framerates with that on a gts...Either way, it's still not far enough for me yet.

no, they canceled dx 10 support for it. More than likely, the expansion won't have it either.
