Source: http://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/article8265883.ab (I have been unable to find an as detailed one in English)
Basically, two blasts occured in the middle of the city yesterday around 5PM local time.
The first blast was a bomb exploding, and a short while later a second explosion was heard and a man was found dead and very very bloodied/charred.
The latest news indicate that this is the first time Sweden has been the subject of an attempted terrorist attack that has gone this far.
It seems the man who was found dead was carrying a total of six pipe bombs as well as a backpack filled with spikes.
Had the man exploded at what is his assumed goal, about a 100 meters from where he actually did explode, the casualties would most likely have been over twenty people.
As luck would have it though, the streets were the explosions occurred weren't crowded at the time and only two people got injured.
Anyway, what remains to be seen now is who this character was: It has become a well-known fact in Sweden that a rising number Middle Eastern/African teens in the suburbs are recruited by Al-Shabab and sent to terrorist training camps in Somalia.
P.S. Sorry if this isn't the most well-formated thread, I just wanted to get it out there.
