Swiss banker hands files to WikiLeaks

Rudolf Elmer, a former employee of Swiss-based Bank Julius Baer, produced the CD and said he wanted to disclose details of mass tax evasion before he flies back to Switzerland to stand trial accused of stealing information from a bank.

Good for that chap. It takes some stones to rip off a Swiss bank and publish thier customer information - I'm sure they take thier reputation for being completly confidential very seriously. I suspect the court may not look kindly on him and he may well have to watch his back for years to come. Hell of a thing to commit to for your belief in your convictions.
