Switching from beta to reg.

I'm sorry if this has been covered already, but what i'm wondering is since i have the beta version of the friends list i wanted to uninstall it and install the newly released version of the friends list. I don't know if its a lot of work or if the changes made are even worth switching...

Im sure it will be an automatic update on steam you probably wont have choice on wether u get it or not, but im sure the full new version will hopefully have the bugs that plagued the beta version!

I think VALVe makes the Beta Friends UI Steam parameter useless when it updated to full Friends. Just load up friends and it should update and have all your current friends on there. Same with mine.

Well the reason I think that my friends version is the beta is because when I try to use the friends list on css it says beta on the title. But when I look at my friends list on thesteam window it seems like it might be the updated version since it doesn't say beta or anything. The new friends version has been released hasn't it?

Yeah the full version is out. Weird, your friends in CSS does work though yeah?

Its just a glitch, says it in mine too, Friends has been fully released.

ok, well if its happening to someone else and the new one has been fully released then i guess im good, i'm not sure mine works though since i havn't added any people.
