I found some surface properties that would probably work in making my watermelon bouncy (see [post=1308586]Creating a Bouncy melon?[/post]), but I can't figure out how to attach them to my melon.
I found the override in the prop_physics_multiplayer properties dialog in hammer... but no matter what I entered... it didn't seem to make a difference.
First I tried changing simple things like mass and scale, then I tried the surfaceprop (as listed in the surfaceproperties.txt file).
$surfaceprop rubber
is this a valid override? do the overrides work?
any help would be appreciated... my wife is mocking me because I can't make my melon bounce!
Thanks!
