I am. Its already august with the due date getting real close. Usually when a game changes release dates, we are notified couple months in advance. No signs show of any change of the current release date for HL2. Just a couple more weeks till its here. I know I shouldnt syke myself out but when the due date is this close and this dream of playing is becoming a reality day by day. I cant help it :]

I dont know of a game thats got alot of hype just change its release date just in the matter of weeks.

Yes, there is still the possibility they can change but so far its lookin real good eh.

So just wondering is anyone else syked.
[omg0rd my 1st thread :0]

Dude, I've been syked since they first announced it. I've already got it pre-ordered and everything!

*theotherguy starts hitting self on head with crowbar in attempt to "syke himself out"*:cheese:

I've been psyched for a few months now...but I've actually calmed down recently. Not that I'm still not looking forward to it as much as I always have.

The bink videos cooled me off abit. Doesnt look as pretty as i thought. Videos with less quality always make games look much better than they are. Game makers need to make textures look less cartoony.

I'm keeping calm.. the recent videos have chilled me off a bit and should make the wait easier... but as hard as I try, I still can't stop thinking about it.. *looks at calendar* omg, it's not even September yet, dammit!!

I was really excited about the game when I first saw the e3 video, and then I kind of forgot about it. But they had to start releasing those high res videos. Damn them.

ive already crapped my shorts 7 times since they anounced HL2...

"NEED A LITTLE EXCITEMENT!?! SNAP IT TO A SLIM JIM!!!"

I think valve should take responsibility and give free counceling to people that can't wait no more (like me)

i'm more looking forward to that new bloodlines game. too bad the developer is pulling an information blackout until september :(

oooh yeah
vampire the masquerade: bloodlines.... looks pretty spiffy, developed by troika games, hopefully they get the vampire feel down, I honestly enjoyed Vampire the masquerade: redemption. not that they are even mildly related gameplay wise... eh:cheers:
