Sync folder with external HDD on connection

Well, I usually use my external as a back up. I try to sync my data on there, but sometimes I forget what I have on there and I have to go through the process of deleting whatever that's on there and then putting the new folder onto the external and blah blah blah.


Anyway, basically I want a program that will sync the folder to the external on connection. It should be able to read what's on there and tell it what to copy and what not to copy, etc. Basically, an iTunes for backing up my music/photos/videos etc.

If there is such a program, I'll give the first to come up with it a shiny gold doubloon! ARRRRRRRRRR!
