My computer cannot handle HL2 at the moment, and I'm looking to upgrade it over the holidays to the recommended specs. The problem is, there's so many different products that do the same job at different prices, I don't know which ones to pick.
If anybody could tell me the cheapest models that will get the job done well, that'd be awesome.
I need:
2.4 GHz processor
512 MB RAM
DirectX 9 graphics card
Motherboard to handle the above
Remember, the cheapest models that will still do a good job and not crap out on me.
