Does anyone know a site or link that has something that will tell how your computer will run on HL2 ?

System Specs:

Pentium 4 3.4 GHz
1 GB Ram
GeForce FX5700 Ultra
..........

Hope it gets at least 30 to 40 FPS :hmph:

There's some benchmarks from the stolen build on the net...somewhere. Just google around and you might find something.

Other than that there's nothing official at the moment. If you have CZ or a HL2 voucher you can test out the engine on August 10th with CS:S beta....if....

i think youll do good, the only thing is the video card (same as mine ), not that its crap but its the only thing that isnt "top of the line" type thing.. uhh..??

lol my FX5700 shatts itself in some areas on Far Cry where there is a lot of lighting and objects and stuff. my specs are:

3.2ghz
1 gig ram
FX5700

PS. if i have a low PSU (350w), does it affect the performace of my computer?

No. Your PSU has nothing to do with the actual performance of the pc. If it was too low then certain components would lose power and you would notice that immediately. 350 is more then enough unless you plan on getting one of the Nvidia 6800 cards. They require more I believe.

You can run a 6800 fine on a 350W I believe
