It was clearly intentional, to help show what kind of character Scar is, nothing racist about it

Bah, Youtube keeps crashing when I try to watch more videos. Like, you know, it'll load a video... then get stuck at one point... and declare it fully loaded, and crash when it gets to that point.

That scene was deliberately made to look like a Nazi Rally, methinks, to show of Scar. So, yeah, Naudian's right.
