Since Final Fantasy lost its way there's been a serious lack of good console rpg's, imo. Dragon Quest VIII is looking sweet, though

poor FF lost its way very sad, and now that black isle is gone, the only thing i live fore HL2 and snake eater both not rpgs(were are my rpgs WERE GOD WERE!)..... rpgs are gone they will never be what they once were
