Taskbar troubles

i have ahd this happen to me before, it shoudl be an east fix, but i cant think of it atm, so amybe you guys can help.

2 things are happening

1) When i left click on an item in the task bar(say firefox) amd o already have itunes displayed on the screen, i have to left click 3 times before it pops up.

2)When i right click on a task in the task bar, i should get a pop up menu, no such luck.

any help would be great

try rebooting, or not using itunes, update drivers etc

Does it always happen like that? If you wait, do you still have to click 3 times?

Ctrl-Alt-Delete and see what is taking up CPU resources.
Scan for spyware?

i fixed it, turns out it was Ati's CCC. uninstalled that, works fine now.
