I know that it died a long time ago (unfortunately). Also I would have to guess that most of you don;t really care, and would rather bury it sooner. I do not wish to revive it, but I wished it never died. Here's to the best thread I've EVER seen/read, and to its creator, 15357, you brought to us, a great thread, and long lasting entertainment. I apologise for ridiculing the combine...
