I'm having problems with Teamspeak whenever i try and use it in game. Whilst it works prefectly when i'm not running a game it suddenly gets a load of packet loss and my speech and incoming speech gets garbled up.

here's the error message:

09-04-05 23:25:38,2272,WARNING,All,procedure TDICallBack.execute,"The operation had no effect." or "The device buffer overflowed and some input was lost." or "The device exists but is not currently attached." or "The change in device properties had no effect."

Possible causes:

it started the day i plugged in new speakers, however by removing them, it didn't take away the problem

i did have an error pop up on that day which i can't remember, but it hasn't come up since and refered changes in audio devices

i have reinstalled teamspeak and that hasn't helped. I also left this problem on the teamspeak IRC channel for over 6 hours but got no reply. So i thought i'd ask here. Any obvious suggestions as to what might be the problem/solution?
