teamspeak problem while running cs:s

does anyone else get major lag when playing source and using teamspeakrc2 at the same time? even when i open the steam window (by double clicking the little black icon in the system tray) i get major voice lag/stuttering. does anyone know how to fix this? its really annoying as i cant hear/understand commands and general banter from my clan members.

what about the built in voice chat, why not use that?
